Rabbi Haber

Rabbi Yaacov Haber most recently left his prestigious posts as Spiritual Leader of Congregation Bais Torah in Monsey, and as the National Director of Jewish Education at the Orthodox Union to reside with his family in Jerusalem. He is the founder and President of TorahLab, www.torahlab.org creators of unique, state of the art material for Adult Jewish Education.

Rabbi Haber was ordained in Jerusalem by Rabbi Chaim Pinchas Scheinberg of Yeshivah Torah Ore and by Chacham Avrohom Ochana of Yeshivah Ahavat Shalom. After his ordination in Israel, Rabbi Haber founded the Torah Center of Buffalo and served for ten years as spiritual leader, first of the Amherst Synagogue and later at the Saranac Synagogue. Rabbi Haber then moved with his family to Australia where he founded the Australian Institute of Torah, an adult education program that ran in almost every synagogue in Australia. Rabbi Yaacov Haber is the founder and motivational force behind the OU's Pardes Program. He is the author of "Reachings - Talks on Torah" and "Critical Issues for Jews of Today" and numerous articles in English and Hebrew. He is a sought after lecturer and speaker with thousands of audio and printed lectures in circulation around the world.


Rabbi Schwartz

After making aliyah in 1974, Rabbi Yitzchak Schwartz studied in prominent yeshivas, including 15 years as an advanced scholar at Yeshiva Torah Ore. He received rabbinic ordination from the Rosh HaYeshiva Rabbi Chaim Pinchas Scheinberg, shlita, and from Rabbi I. Kulitz, shlita, chief Rabbi of Jerusalem. Rabbi Schwartz served as mashgiach of Torah Ore and as a community rabbi in Seattle, Washington before founding Yeshiva Orchot Chaim in 1993 together with Rabbi Fabian. He lives with his family minutes from the yeshiva in Mattersdorf, Jerusalem.


Rabbi Fabian

Rabbi Yisroel Fabian earned his BA cum laude in Economics and Political Science from UCLA and did post graduate work in counseling. He studied for many years under great Torah scholars, among them Rabbi Chaim Pinchas Scheinberg, shlita and Rabbi Shlomo Wolbe shlita. Rabbi Fabian received his rabbinic ordination Rabbi Z.N. Goldberg shlita, member of the Rabbinic High Court, and Rabbi I. Kulitz shlita, Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem. He resides with his family near the yeshiva in Unsdorf, Jerusalem.


Rabbi Brussel

Before coming to Israel in 1986 Rabbi Avrohom Brussel received his BA cum laude in English Literature from Princeton University and studied at Yeshiva Ner Yisrael in Baltimore. In Israel he continued his study at a number of leading yeshiva including Pressburg, Mishkan HaTorah and Ma'alot HaTorah. At these institutions, and on his own, he developed close relationships with some of our generations leading rabbinic figures. He resides with his family near the yeshiva in Unsdorf, Jerusalem.


Rabbi Bulman

Rabbi Shabsi Bulman attended Ner Yisrael Rabbinical College before making aliya in 1975. In Israel he continued his studies at the Mir Yeshiva in Jerusalem under Rabbi Nachum Pertzovitz zt'l. In addition to teaching at Orchot Chaim, Rabbi Bulman is a contributing editor for the Artscroll Talmud. He lives with his family in Sanhedria Murchevet, Jerusalem.


Rabbi Fried

Rabbi Yaakov Fried shlita was born and raised in Connecticut. After attending Harvard University, he decided to devote his full-time efforts to studying Torah and moved to Israel in 1971. Rabbi Fried has studied in the advanced scholars kollel of Yeshiva Torah Ore for 25 years. During this time he has completed the entire Babaloniyan and Jerusalem Talmuds more than once. He posses a rare breadth and depth of knowledge in all aspects of Torah. Rabbi Fried has been with Orchos Chaim since its inception. He lives with his family just seconds from the yeshiva in Romema, Jerusalem.
